Spring roll is a traditional Chinese snack, prepared differently in different parts of the world. Some add eggs and meat with vegetables, some bake the spring rolls, and some don't cook at all. But here, I am going to share a bit different recipe. This is my Grandma's recipe, which is a whole different thing. I will also prepare the wrappers at home, and this may feel like an extra step, but trust me, homemade wrappers work best with this recipe. Also, this recipe will be very short and quick (even wrapper-making will be quick).

Ingredients
FOR PANCAKES (WRAPPERS)
Flour 250 gmCorn Flour 100 gmEgg 06Lemon Colour Few DropsWater
FOR STUFFING
Cabbage 150 gmCarrot 100 gmCapsicum 50 gmOnion 100 gmChicken 300 gmSalt According to TasteChina Salt According to TastePepper Powder According to Taste
How to Make Spring Rolls
1. Mix flour, corn flour & eggs together, and beat well. Then add water to make a thin paste.
2. Strain it through a muslin cloth. Add a few drops of lemon color.
3. Heat a nonstick pan, add a small amount of the above paste, and spread it evenly in the pan.
4. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
FOR STUFFING:
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add onion and sauté for 02 minutes. Then add Jullian of chicken & carrot. Cook for another 02 to 03 minutes. Now add capsicum & cabbage and seasonings.
2. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and put aside. When it becomes cool stuff in pancakes. Roll them into a cylinder shape and fry them in oil. Serve hot.
How to Serve Spring Rolls
Serve spring rolls with red chili sauce, Schezwan sauce, ketchup, or tea
